One of Leeza’s Salad Recipes

1 bunch of curly Parsley=chopped
1/2 bunch of Kale =chopped no stems
1/2 bunch of swiss chard= chopped no stems
4 cups of baby spinach
2 lemons fresh squeezed juice (no seeds)
1 large tomato chopped
1 cup of Chia Seeds sprinkled on top (yes just like the cha cha chia plant)
1 cup preferred raw nuts or seeds
1/4 cup pureed garlic and ginger ( in food processor ginger and garlic equal amounts, add a little raw apple cider vinegar ..great for many dishes)
drizzle olive oil on top approx. 1/4 cup
drizzle “Braggs liquid aminos” on top approx. 1/4 cup
sprinkle 1 tsp of Himalayan sea salt
Toss and serve
Special note from Leeza: one of many tricks to a great tasting salad is tossing it for a good 4-5 minutes especially when using kale

Health tips: Drink plenty of water, (alkaline is best) but not while your eating meals, you need your natural digestive enzymes to digest.
Don’t eat late at night
Green inside, clean inside..keep the body flowing
Start your day with a large glass of water and half a lemon squeezed, this also helps digestion.
