We also focus on life building practices such as Kriya-cleansing, Pranayama- breath work, Raw food preparation, Ayurvedic healing and diet. We believe that everyone is a healer and expose our trainees to the modalities which allow for the expression of their unique voice. Don’t be nervous.  Send me a personal email yogaden@sbcglobal.net with any questions. Anyone can practice yoga, all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness ability’s.

What type of support do you provide after the yoga teacher training has been completed?

We offer support, space and encouragement to the trainee after their course work is completed. We provide the opportunity for them to assist a minimum of 60 hours or more before teaching their own class and strongly recommend they teach as a service to the community for 50 classes. The trainees are also encouraged to assist a registered 200 and /or 500 hour Yoga Alliance teacher training to expose them to the multitude of situations that can come up in a class and prepare them for the reality of being a yoga teacher

Are your teacher trainings more focused on students who want to deepen their practice or launch a yoga teaching career?

Our program focus is to both support students wanting to deepen their own personal practice as well as to develop those students who are called to launch a career as a professional and knowledgeable instructor.

What can a student expect from your school and teacher training?

Students will embody the meaning of “LOVE yourself”. We ask that trainees not to expect, rather, understand that “you get what you give”. We are constantly projecting and reflecting our inner state in the outer world. You will gain clarity and purpose to set your intention and be provided with the tools that allow you to express the truth that is within your heart. Yoga is Union, Unity, without judgment. We believe that every Being deserves to overflow abundantly in all they do and desire in this life. We will teach you to live and share this knowledge with others as an inspiring leader who walks their talk.

What can a student not expect?

This teacher training will not be a catalyst to master a pose that is not right for your body. We believe that Yoga is a science of healing that will forever change people’s lives for the better – we begin with yours. This training will help you to gain clarity and realize your intentions as well as give you the strength, courage and voice to express and be guided by your hearts truth. If this leads to financial abundance and a career as a yoga teacher, you will gain a wealth of knowledge and experience to support you on your journey.

What is the overall tone of the program? Is it serious and intense? Or is it playful and light?

The Yoga Den Teacher training is playful, spiritual, loving and healing. You will learn to live a life that is true to who you are and live in gratitude for each moment.  We believe in the importance of living with a child like mind and encourage each trainee to express their truth regardless of what others think. We open the door to a life that overflows abundantly and call in all you desire on this journey called life.
